  1. Add the beef, egg, cheese, garlic, pepper and salt & pepper in a mixing bowl. If you haven't already crumble the bread and add it with the 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge to cool for half an hour, when 30 minutes is up take it out and knead the mixture into meatball shapes, about 20.
  3. Add olive oil to a frying fan and on a medium heat, fry meatballs, take them out and drain off any excess fat from them. Add the onions to the pan and cook until soft, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add in the tomato puree and let the sauce simmer, add in the meatballs and cook for 25 minutes. Boil the pasta 5-10 minutes before the meatball are cooked and serve with a topping of parmesan, enjoy.
