Cut the chicken into strips and add them to a bowl, sprinkle salt, sugar, cumin, oregano and the half teaspoon of tabasco sauce on and mix well.
Squeeze the juice of one lime and add a tsp of olive oil to the mix and leave for a few minutes so the flavors infuse. Heat the oven or grill and cover the tortillas in foil (so they don't burn and stay soft)
Chop the onion and crush the garlic, lace the frying pan with a little olive oil and add the garlic and chopped onion. Fry for 5 minutes until the onion is softened and browned slightly.
Add the chicken to the pan and continue to stir for another 10 minutes, while the chicken and onions cook thinly slice the peppers and add them once the chicken is cooked through.
Add the tortillas to the oven and let them heat for a few minutes, once the chicken is done add the contents to the middle of the tortilla, wrap up and enjoy!
