  1. Cook the pasta in a large pan for 10 mins. While it cooks add the white wine to a frying pan and add the salmon, cover until it's brought to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked.
  2. Remove the salmon from the frying pan and break it up into smaller pieces, keep the white wine simmering however. Set the salmon on a plate for the moment.
  3. Wash the broccoli and lettuce while cutting both into smaller pieces, also chop the onion. Add the butter to the white wine, then add the onions and broccoli.
  4. Let the onions and broccoli cook for 4 minutes then add the cream and cover to let simmer for another 4 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and add the salmon, season to taste, add the remaining wine sauce and the lettuce to the pasta and stir for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
