  1. Cook the spinach, garlic, ginger, onions and the green chilli for 6 minutes. Take the contents out and blend them to a paste like consistency.
  2. Boil the potatoes with salt and turmeric for about 8 minutes.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the cumin seeds with the blended paste and let it simmer for a couple minutes.
  4. Add the cooked potatoes, garam masala and coriander. Let it simmer for a few more minutes on a low heat. Serve and enjoy
