Paula Deen 15-Piece Porcelain Cookware set Review
Teflon nonstick interior
If you’re like me you love cooking but don’t love cleaning up as much, it seems like Paula Deen shares that view because these pans are very simple to clean and don’t need any elbow grease whatsoever. Another excellent thing about nonstick frying pans is you can use less olive oil for cooking spray and still achieve tasty results that are much healthier.
The Paula Deen 15 piece porcelain cookware set is made with heavy gauge construction, this means that it is very easy for heat to pass through the palm and make sure the food is cooked quickly and evenly which in comparison to my old pans is a blessing, having to stir them instantly does get frustrating!
One last feature to note that does come in handy are glass lids, these make for efficient cooking ensuring that he stays in but you can still see how your food is coming along and not disturb it by having to take the lid off every few minutes.
Overall this cookware set is very stylish with its unique colors and porcelain exterior and the cooking quality is 2nd to none. With cleaning up being so simple it saves a lot of time too. The only slight problem I have with the Paula Deen 15 piece porcelain cookware set is the 15 piece claim, while technically being correct five spoons is arguably something that shouldn’t count for five pieces of a cookware set.Read Customer Reviews..
With well over 1000 reviews on Amazon it scores 4.4 out of 5.0 stars which is very respectable, the main positives users say are how beautiful and easy to carry these pans are, making them maneuverable around the kitchen. They seem to agree that the cooking quality is very impressive. One complaint I did notice from some users was that some of the lids do not come with a hole for steam to escape therefore making it more difficult to see in at what is cooking, lastly a small amount of users claim that the porcelain can scratch slightly which is unfortunate for such a lovely looking cookware set.
In conclusion, with a score of 4.4 out of 5.0 stars it’s not difficult to recommend the Paula Deen 15 piece porcelain cookware set however if you want them to look like new after a year of use you may want to pick a more neutral color.
